The Rebate program is for those who make more than the maximum income amount. Visit www.ahfc.state.ak.us for information on this program. A certified rater must come and evaluate your home, and recommend retrofits you can perform to increase your energy star rating. Yourself or a licensed contractor completes the work you choose, and the rater must re-evaluate the home. AHFC will pay for the certified raters services. Visit the website for a list of raters for your area.
